DadUp is a fatherhood initiative that empowers fathers/ father figures to establish,  re-establish or strengthen their relationship between their children and themselves. In addition to weekly group and 1 on 1 sessions, DadUp offers free information, resources and other  support services to expectant and new dads.

Weekly sessions starts 5:00-5:30 pm refreshments served; 5:30-6:30 pm group session
